CCLAR is a member-based association representing more than 100 corporations and individuals.
We support the business development of its members with international conferences and seminars, B2B meetings and trade missions, among other things.
The LATAM Chamber of Commerce in Russia (CCLAR) is an independent non-profit organization that promotes bilateral trade and investment between Latin American countries and the Russian Federation
The chamber of commerce emerged in 2024 at the height of commercial relations between the Russian Federation and Latin American countries due to the need to:

Facilitate the exchange of information and experiences between companies from both countries, promoting innovation and business development.

Promote foreign investment in both directions, both from Russian companies in Latin America and from Latin American companies in Russia
